Avvocato Angelo Sturni provides specialized legal advice and representation in both litigation and out-of-court matters, with solid experience in commercial contract law at both domestic and international levels. He advises companies and professionals in the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts, including cross-border commercial agreements and transactions.
He holds the TOLES Foundation Certificate (Test of Legal English Skills) with an Excellent rating, certifying his proficiency in legal English. He has also completed the Altalex Online Course on International Contracts – Negotiation, Drafting and Management of International Agreements, gaining both theoretical and practical expertise in the field of international commercial contract drafting.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2014 at the Court of Appeal of Rome and has been practicing law since 2015. He is currently registered with the Bar Association of Velletri.
From 2016 to 2021, he held institutional positions as a City Councillor at the Rome City Council (Assemblea Capitolina) and as Chairman of the Committee on Rome Capital, Statute and Technological Innovation, acquiring significant experience in legislative and regulatory matters. He has also provided parliamentary consultancy in the areas of legislative drafting and regulatory monitoring.
