Joseph Astrologo earned a law degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in the 2011-2012 academic year.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
Before joining Leone Law Firm, he handled civil and commercial legal matters, deepening his knowledge of the issues surrounding relationships between businesses and banks, with a particular focus on current account agreements, financial investments, and derivative instruments.
Since April 2018, he has been working with Leone Law Firm, focusing primarily on the banking and financial sector, assisting leading credit institutions in litigation and foreclosure proceedings.
Since 2023, he has been a member of the Corporate Crisis Commission at the Rome Bar Association.
Since July 2024, he has been registered as a professional in charge of real estate sales at the Court of Rome.
He holds certifications as a Business Crisis Manager and as a Debt Crisis Manager.
He is experienced in civil litigation, particularly in commercial and corporate law cases, contractual and non-contractual liability, leases, and inheritance law.
He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
