In 2015, he began his professional career at one of the “Big4”, PwC – TLS (Rome office). During those years, Alessandro had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of companies and backgrounds, including mid-market industries, Italian and international groups, and listed companies, providing both national and international tax assistance.
He has also gained specific professional and interdisciplinary skills by providing consultancy, tax assistance, and audit services in the areas of internal control, accounting and corporate taxation in Italy and abroad, as well as corporate and commercial law. He has also been involved in accounting and tax due diligence.
As a chartered accountant in Ragusa, he concretely assists his clients (both private individuals and companies) with ordinary and extraordinary tax support, the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Italian Accounting Standards (“OIC”), financial statement analysis, and also the preparation of expert reports for extraordinary transactions and related analysis and documentation, tax planning, and management control.
He also dedicates himself to managing fiscal issues, both local and international, for companies and private individuals.
Furthermore, he serves as a Technical Consultant at the Court of Ragusa.
