Full Professor of Tax Law at the University of Bologna. Lawyer allowed to defend in front of the Supreme Courts.
Lecturer in numerous Master’s degrees. Author of two monographs, editor of collected works and author of numerous publications on tax matters in specialized journals.
He has many years of experience in technical assistance before Tax Judges and before the Supreme Court of Cassation, as well as in assisting clients at the Offices of the Tax Administration, in all stages of the relevant proceedings, from the preliminary investigation to the pre-litigation settlement of disputes.
