For over 15 years, I have been supporting individuals and businesses in managing debt crises and disputes with banks and financial institutions, with the goal of transforming complex situations into pathways for recovery.
As a member of the Latina Bar Association, I have been handling cases with a client-focused approach since 2018, prioritizing personal and asset protection, and employing strategic solutions to resolve disputes, even in highly contentious matters.
With expertise in crisis management, I have been involved in more than 30 cases under Italy’s Law 3/2012 and the Crisis Code, acting as both advisor and crisis manager, and fostering a concrete, multidisciplinary perspective that prioritizes the individual.
My professional development includes advanced training in tax law, mediation, negotiation, and business crisis management, with participation in international master’s programs and courses.
I’m a firm believer in sharing expertise, and I regularly attend and participate in conferences and seminars focused on over-indebtedness and financial literacy.
