Avv. Davide Calderoni graduated in Law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and subsequently completed the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” He also obtained a specialization in family and juvenile law through the Advanced Training School organized by Avvocati del Cammino (National Bar Association for the Protection of Individuals, Family Relationships, and Minors).
He has gained solid professional experience through collaborations with several law firms in Rome and currently practices law independently in the city.
Over the course of his career, Avv. Calderoni has focused primarily on civil law, with particular expertise in civil liability (including motor vehicle liability and medical malpractice), family law, enforcement proceedings (both movable and immovable), real estate transactions, debt recovery, challenges to tax collection notices, labor law, and union settlements before the Territorial Labor Offices (DTL).
He also has extensive experience in immigration law, managing cases involving residence permit renewals, citizenship applications, family reunification, and requests for political asylum.
