Federico is a qualified lawyer in Italy and a registered foreign lawyer in Spain with the Illustre Colegio de Abogados de Lucena. He joined Ascheri Nelson in 2025 and focuses primarily on cross-border matters involving Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, particularly in the areas of criminal law, immigration, and family law.
Federico holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and serves as a teaching assistant in administrative law at the same university. He completed his legal traineeship at law firms specializing in criminal and administrative law.
He also earned a second law degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. Federico is fluent in Italian, has a good command of English and Spanish, and a basic knowledge of French.
He currently serves as President of AIGA (Italian Association of Young Lawyers), Velletri (RM) Section, and is a member of ONAC (National Supervisory Body for Prisons). He is the author of several publications on crimes against the person, featured in the national legal journal JuraNews, and has been a speaker at various conferences on early developments in the metaverse and its potential implications in criminal law.
