Giuliano Bellachioma is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with offices in Viterbo, Rome, and Dubai. He is the founder and equity partner of Omnia Consilia Srl S.T.P. Società Benefit, a firm that provides consultancy services in taxation, fiscal matters, management, corporate law, and judicial affairs, operating both nationally and internationally. Giuliano holds prestigious advisory positions with businesses and banking foundations (FOBs), as well as various appointments to Boards of Directors and as a Statutory Auditor.
He also serves in multiple roles at the Court of Viterbo, acting as a Bankruptcy Trustee, Auxiliary to the Judge in Real Estate Enforcement Procedures, and Court-Appointed Technical Consultant (CTU). On an institutional and professional level, he is a member of the Joint Anti-Money Laundering Commission of the Lazio Region (Odcec) and the Judicial Area Study Commission.
Since 2014, he has also served as the delegated representative of the Viterbo ODCEC at the World Congress of Accountants. Since 2015, he has also been a Lecturer in Financial Intermediaries Law at the University of Tuscia, holding the chair in Financial Intermediaries Law, with a specific focus on Anti-Money Laundering regulations and corporate crimes.
Thanks to his international experience, Giuliano has been appointed “Italian Representative IICUAE”—a Certified Professional by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, authorized and certified to provide support for business internationalization and to offer commercial and tax consultancy both in the UAE and worldwide.
