Attorney Maria Paola Noccaro graduated in Law from Tor Vergata University in Rome, is qualified to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Rome, and is registered with the Latina Bar Association.
Over the years, she has gained significant experience in managing situations of over-indebtedness and business crisis, providing assistance on two complementary fronts:
– For creditors, she supports businesses and individuals in debt collection by implementing effective and personalised legal strategies to maximise the chances of success.
– For debtors, she assists individuals and companies in procedures related to over-indebtedness and/or business crisis (pursuant to former Law 3/2012 and the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency – CCII), with the aim of promoting recovery and a concrete restart.
She holds the qualifications of Over-indebtedness Crisis Manager and Negotiated Crisis Resolution Expert, which enable her to propose innovative, result-oriented solutions, including in out-of-court settings.
Her expertise also includes arbitration and qualification as a civil and commercial mediator, providing essential tools for the rapid and effective resolution of disputes.
In 2022, she served as the Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai, offering specialised consultancy to Italian companies looking to expand into the United Arab Emirates market.
Her approach is characterised by pragmatism, a strong focus on results, and constant attention to the value of both individuals and businesses, even in the most complex circumstances.
