Palo Ghiselli is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court and Higher Courts, holding a specialization in criminal law awarded by the Consiglio Nazionale Forense. He earned a PhD in Domestic and Comparative Criminal Law and runs a professional law firm in Rimini.
Thanks to the experience he has gained through defense work in corporate crime cases, and his specific training over the years, he now provides judicial assistance and non-judicial consultancy, particularly in the area of commercial criminal law, including drafting organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, now of strategic importance for SMEs.
Paolo Ghiselli has contributed to organizing educational events on topics such as financial statement fraud, corporate crisis, and the internationalization of companies (also serving as a speaker), fostering synergy between the Bar Association, the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, and other legal associations in the area, and has authored several publications in journals of the Sole 24 Ore Group.
