Sabrina Liguoro graduated from Classical High School before enrolling in the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan. She conducted research in the United States at Columbia University and New York University, graduating in 1995 with honors with a thesis on comparative criminal procedure between Italian and U.S. law. Following her graduation, she completed an internship at the Supreme Court of New York, working alongside the Honorable Judge Joseph Giamboi. Upon returning to Italy, during her traineeship, she obtained her qualification to practice law and began working as a public defender.

Since 2001, she has been registered with the Milan Bar Association and, since 2015, has been qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation. In 2017, she successfully completed her internship as an Honorary Judge at the Milan Court. In 2020, she was appointed as a commissioner and in 2022 as vice-president of the examination commission by the Milan Bar Association within the State Examination for the qualification to practice law, for criminal law and criminal procedure.

Attorney Liguoro specializes in criminal law, with a particular focus on corporate, bankruptcy, and tax criminal law, crimes related to workplace safety, financial crimes, and offenses against property, as well as violations of urban planning and environmental regulations. She provides advice, and judicial assistance to professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies involved in criminally relevant facts, whether as defendants, victims, civilly liable parties, or for crimes according to the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

With over twenty years of experience in representing clients before all judicial bodies, including Higher Jurisdictions, in 2023, Attorney Liguoro was selected to participate in the HIGH-LEVEL TRAINING COURSE IN GENDER ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAW, organized by the Lombardy Region.
