Alessandro is an Italian qualified lawyer registered at the Monza Bar Association. He advises numerous investors and companies in structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions.
Alessandro also provides guidance to funds and investors in transaction according to article 124 of the Italian Bankruptcy Law.
Over the past four years, Alessandro has assisted servicers and special servicers in transactions governed by Italian Law 130/99. He has also been involved in the structuring of SPVs and NewCo to facilitate investment deals.
Alessandro is fluent in both English and Italian.
