She attended the University of Trento, where she graduated in 1997.

She is a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2001.

In 2002 she attended a Master in Management of cooperatives and nonprofit organizations at Bocconi University in Milan.

At BCL Partners law firm (Milan – Padua) she matured more than twenty-year experience in the consultancy and legal assistance of nonprofit organizations, Third Sector Entities and religious organizations, both Italian and from abroad. She assists organizations in the choice of the organization to be incorporated, the procedure for incorporation, drafting of deeds, acts, contracts, by-laws, regulatory provisions and drafting of minutes. Assistance is also provided to deal and communicate with competent Public Offices or Authorities.

In collaboration with other professionals, if needed, offers a wide and interdisciplinary consultancy in the context of various operations, also extraordinary, such as mergers and transformations of entities and nonprofit organizations.

She also acted as counsel in operations and collaborations among companies and/or public entities and nonprofit organizations and Third Sector Entities.
Aware about the specific characteristics regarding each entity and organization, she offers a specific and ad hoc consultancy activity, paying particular attention listening to the clients and their particular needs.

She has been teacher and speaker at numerous courses and conferences on nonprofit organizations law and Third Sector law, organized by Universities (Bocconi Univerisity and l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan), professional associations, training institutions and nonprofit entities.
She published various articles and essays on specialized magazines and journals. She has been co-author of the chapter regarding Italian legislation in the book Civil Socierty Survey in Europe, Minimums Norms and Optimum Conditions of its Regulation, Cambridge University Press, 2017.
