Massimiliano Mariano graduated in Law from the University of Turin and, before obtaining the qualification to practice as a lawyer, gained relevant legal experience at various law firms, both in civil and criminal fields. Following his experience as an official at the Revenue Agency, he has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2010, with a professional focus primarily on tax matters.
His main areas of expertise include:
- Tax consultancy for individuals, legal entities, and non-commercial entities (including international taxation).
- Consultancy and assistance regarding wealth planning (asset planning).
- Defense and assistance of clients in the procedural phase (accesses, inspections, checks, and assessment activities carried out by the Financial Administration and local authorities).
- Tax litigation and criminal-tax proceedings.
- Defense and assistance of clients in relation to activities carried out by the Collection Agent.
- Consultancy regarding Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and Whistleblowing, including preparation of Forms 231 and assuming Supervisory Body roles.
