Girolamo Lazoppina graduated in Law from the University of Messina, is registered as a lawyer at the Court of Palmi (RC) since 1998, and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions.
He is also an Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria.
He obtained a Master’s degree in Institutional Communication from the Institute of Marketing and Communication in Rome, an Executive program in Contract Management and Administration from the LUISS Business School in Rome, and two diplomas in Financial Management and Business Management awarded by the International Business Management Institute in Berlin.
He has deepened his studies in the fields of Commercial Law, Bankruptcy and Business Crisis Law, Corporate Law and Banking Law. On these subjects he has published five monographs and numerous articles in leading scholarly journals.
A member of the Editorial Board of “Giuricivile|La Rivista,” he is also a speaker at conferences and seminars.
